Under the leadership of its parent company, Gloria Material Technology Corp., Golden Win International Co., Ltd. aligns with the Group’s business strategies and future development plans, aiming to transform into a professional industrial materials supplier and to integrate the distribution network of stainless steel products.

Corporate Governance – Drawing on Gloria Material Technology Corp.’s experience in continuously strengthening corporate governance practices, actively engaging with stakeholders, and achieving sustained operational growth in recent years, the Company will integrate its distribution channels and transform into an industrial materials supplier.

Environmental – With the implementation of the EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) reporting in January 2024, greenhouse gas management is entering a new era. Regulatory requirements from domestic and international authorities, as well as increasing customer expectations, will become more stringent. With the support of the Gloria team, Kingyew International continues to monitor and address carbon emission issues to respond to future regulatory changes, while promoting and selling low-carbon and environmentally friendly products to maintain corporate competitiveness.

Social – The Company will adjust its operating model and carefully evaluate how to manage stakeholders’ interests, including supply chain management, labor relations, employee health, safety and well-being, workplace diversity, compensation and benefits, recruitment and career development, human rights, and customer privacy and security. In alignment with the Taiwan Steel Group’s philosophy of “Gratitude, Health, and Hope,” the Company actively invests in community engagement, strengthens relationships with local communities, supports disadvantaged groups, promotes mutual assistance, and contributes to community development. The Company also continues to sponsor grassroots and professional sports events to promote a culture of sports, with the aim of fostering a harmonious and healthy society.
