Supply Chain Management
Golden Win International Co., Ltd. procures stainless steel bars as its main raw materials, and has established a "Supplier Management Policy" requiring suppliers to sign and comply with Corporate Social Responsibility and Quality Assurance commitments, Conflict Minerals Declarations, and Product Environmental Substance Declarations in compliance with RoHS and REACH-SVHC regulations. These measures are implemented to uphold integrity in business operations, labor and human rights management, and other relevant standards, in order to promote a balance among economic development, society, and environmental sustainability.
In addition to new suppliers, the Group conducts regular evaluations of suppliers with existing transaction records to monitor delivery performance and product quality. Every March, qualified suppliers with transaction records from the previous year are evaluated and graded based on quality, delivery, and service performance. New supplier evaluation includes:
1. Basic supplier information,
2. Suppliers must provide RoHS/REACH documentation,
3. Suppliers must provide a Conflict Minerals Declaration,
4. Signing of a Corporate Social Responsibility commitment.
Golden Win International Co., Ltd. and its suppliers jointly commit to prohibiting child labor and forced labor, implementing occupational health and safety practices, preventing bribery and ensuring fair trade, and supporting employees' rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining. The Company also guides scrap steel suppliers to properly classify scrap materials to avoid mixed materials being downgraded to low-grade scrap, thereby preserving opportunities for effective recycling and reuse through remelting processes, reducing material waste and promoting resource circularity.
In 2024, a total of 12 suppliers completed the annual evaluation in accordance with the Supplier Management Policy.
In 2025, a total of 15 suppliers completed the annual evaluation in accordance with the Supplier Management Policy.
