The Company appointed Tseng Yi-Ting as the full-time Corporate Governance Officer by resolution of the Board of Directors on September 23, 2024. The main responsibilities include handling matters related to the Board of Directors and shareholders’ meetings in accordance with the law, preparing minutes of Board and shareholders’ meetings, assisting directors with onboarding and continuing education, providing information required for directors to perform their duties, and assisting directors in complying with relevant laws and regulations, so as to protect shareholders’ rights and strengthen the functions of the Board of Directors.
